Rainbow Warrior - 14th/15th May

In July 1985, The Rainbow Warrior (owned by Greenpeace) was on its way to protest nuclear testing on the Mururoa Atoll when it was sunk by French spies. Today, The Rainbow Warrior truly embodies its name. The 40 metre ship is covered in colourful jewel anemones and macro critters. We will find ourselves surrounded by schools of golden snapper, kingies and john dory. Visibility is consistently around 15-20 metres and water temperature range should be 18-22°C. The maximum depth for this site is 27 metres.

Please note the min. certification requirement is Advanced Diver. For those divers who aren’t at this rating they can do their Deep, Wreck or Advanced course on this trip.
